Monthly rates: require a deposit of $650 for a studio and a deposit of one month's rent for all other units; a one-time cleaning fee applies of $50 for a studio, $70 for small one bedroom, $80 for a large one bedroom, and $100 for a two bedroom.

Weekly rates: 3 week stay maximum; credit card (Visa or MasterCard) payment only; subject to a hotel tax of 10.5%
